The development concept envisions three compact five-story structures whose dimensions and arrangement are based around the surrounding residential buildings. In contrast the overarching aim of the open space concept is to merge the existing unaltered parts of the park and the newly built area into a unified parkland.

Each of the apartments is laid out over an entire floor (with some duplex apartments in the lower level), forming an attractive mix of dwelling units. They are spacious and offer 360-degree views as a standard. Every unit is equipped with a weather protected loggia. The interior and exterior are spatially closely interwoven with large glass surfaces.
A massive central core, which houses some of the functional spaces, forms the main distinguishing feature of the residential complex. The living and sleeping quarters are separate from each other, with the free-standing core giving the sense of an open-plan space. One room at a time can be used to extend the living area or as an office/guest room.

Prefabricated, ceiling-height wooden wall elements are planned for the exterior walls, faced with large, dark brown façade panels. The color scheme and materials chosen for the outer cladding of the building engage in an architectural dialogue with the structures of the tree groves, blending harmoniously into the overall parkland scene.
