The Project Site is in the Dedinje Neigbourhood of Belgrade just a short distance from the center. In the neighbourhood there are residential buildings, some foreign embassies and the former kings residence. The project name derives from the old kings fountain (Kraljeva Cesma) which is landmark situated just next to the building site.
The development is planning to build 10 freestanding buildings for luxury condominiums, a restaurant, a health and spa club, commercial spaces and long stay business apartments.
The total cross area is 24’942 m². There will be about community for contemporary living with all necessary infrastructure. All buildings have community spaces at the penthouse level with a large terrace overlooking the neighbourhood.
The architecture is calm and refined featuring natural material for the facades. The buildings are clad in local lime stone in a light warm tone. The penthouses are clad in a glazed structured tiles. The windows are anodized aluminium frames in a bronze tone with insulated triple glazing. Alll windows have integrated exterior sunshades in aluminium.
The interior materials are natural materials in warm tones. Large format tiles in natural stone style. Built in closets with dark wood veneer. The bathrooms have black fixtures and fittings like the Inciso line by Gessi. Wall mounted toilets from Duravit as well as washbasins.
The kitchen appliances are the best industry standard which can be integrated into a smart home system.
Kingsfountain Project has a spa with indoor pool and sauna and steam rooms as well as beauty and spa treatment. There is also a gym with all the latest equipment as well.
